Shipping in Canada and US 

Enjoy complimentary Standard shipping and returns on all orders or upgrade to Express shipping for $40. All addresses within Canada and US use Canada Post and UPS delivery. Please note that all shipments require a signature upon delivery. All Eleven Elfs outerwear products are shipped with the Eleven Elfs bag, perfect for packing and ideal for garment storage during the off-season.

Standard Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.

Express Shipping

Please allow 1 business day for processing and 2-3 business days for delivery. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.

Exchange Policy

Please contact our Eleven Elfs North America customer care infocanada@elevenelfs.ca for instructions. If you would like a different style, colour or size – simply return the originally purchased item for a refund and place a new order online.

Return Policy for Items Bought Online

Eleven Elfs North America team is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please contact our Eleven Elfs North America customer care infocanada@elevenelfs.ca to receive your complimentary return label. Complimentary return labels are available within 30 days of your purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions: unwashed, unworn, original tags still attached, in the original packaging. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Follow the below steps to return your order:

Fill in your returns form and put the pre-printed return label on the package. Leave your order at your local access point or call your carrier to schedule for a pick-up. 

When a carrier has scanned your return we will send you a confirmation email that lets you know that your return is on its way back to our warehouse.

Once received, your return will be fully processed within 7 business days. We will send you a refund notification by email. The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 2-5 business days. 

*Please note that Eleven Elfs North America cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our pre-printed return label. If you have sent your order for return with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order. Please also note that Eleven Elfs North America will not be responsible for any shipping cost or lost packages when the order has not been sent with the above mentioned pre-printed label.

Can You Return An Item Bought In Store?

Unfortunately, you cannot return an item bought in store. You will have to handle your return the same way as your purchase was made.

If you have made a purchase in any of the stores and for some reason need to make a return, please contact the store where your item was purchased and they will assist you further.
